I take a $6 shower here every couple of days and the guys who work there are cool as anything. It's supposed to be 1/2 hour but they are always understanding that I'm homeless and showering and shaving takes me a few more minutes and never trip on me. Thanks for looking out for the down and out guys.
I happen to live currently at the Coronado hotel. I used to come here when I first moved to Phoenix I've been here now for over a month. When I moved here 7 years ago the price was $25 and 35 dollars. Now I'm currently here the price is still 25 and 35 dollars Nicole , the owner, along with her son and daughter run the place. She remembers everybody she's still sharp as ever and if there wasn't Coronado hotel I just don't know what I would have done. They're greatly appreciated and the establishment is in a beautiful area . Don't get me wrong, the rooms are plain, there's no extras. You have vending machines but outside of that it's still the cheapest place in Arizona that I know of. in order to get a room you would have to come early in the morning and see who checks out because at these prices, people are not always willing to leave.
After being taken advantage of from the Sober living scam. The owners have been so helpful when others refuse to help us. The owners know we're fighting for our kids and as long as we're doing right n what we're told to do. They have been awesome. It's no Sheraton or Fancy hotel motel but we're not on the streets. It's not Haunted. Lol some people are so silly n shouldn't be so ugly to people who stay there. We're not all bad people. Some are still trying to do better. I'm one of them. So thank you Coronado motel
So far my experience here is absolutely awesome! The management and the tenants are all very kind and friendly. I give it five stars though because of my dog. Not too many places allow pets anymore but the Coronado welcomes them and then treat them wonderfully! My overall experience here is very good and I would recommend it to anyone and I just might stay awhile! and my puppy loves it here!
It is a sweet little place with room rental. Some have bathrooms and with cheap rooms you share a bathroom with the other guests. The owner is a lovley older European woman and her adult son. The room is very comfortable with big T.V. with dish satellite, a quilt on a soft bed and you can smoke there. Also i did notice pet's in the room's
Love this h¾ floor, you pay only $35 PER NIGHT. I think it's only $45 it you want a private bathroom. Make sure you are very respectful and u should be fine with the owners, who live on-site. I was there for First Friday's and the price was the same whether it's a holiday or not. One of the best things is that it is right next door to Matt's Big Breakfast, the absolute best breakfast/lunch you'll ever find!
I had the opportunity to stay here for maybe a month or 2 when I was just dealing w a lot , not in the best place financially, & basically homeless going from hotel to hotel. When I got recommended to this hotel by someone that had stayed here many many years prior I decided to look it up & then stop by for some information.. I ended up getting the last room & they are usually always booked up & it was very clean .. perfectly located & so ridiculously affordable .. I wanna say I didn’t pay more than 35$ a night for a room w the bathroom included . It really helped me get on my feet awesome place .. I brought my own bedding but it is one of those places where it’s the best if you make it the best. It was honestly a blessing & ran by good ppl.
This hotel holds a very special place in my heart. So many memories. When I was living on the street this was my oasis. It was a safe place that I could run away to and hide from my life for a night or two. Mostly I was alone when I stayed here but there were a few romantic rendezvous also. 11 always comes too soon when you're staying here. I will always love the Coronado.
